very similar to dadgad - except! the sus4 sound of the g is further augmented by the sus2 sound of the e in dadged, because there's still no major or minor 3rd present on an open strum. i considered dadgde, but i found the open chord was better tonicized with a d on the 1st string, and also that it was more intuitive to play a melody on the 2nd string against a choice of either the g on the 3rd or the d on the 1st. enjoy!
